Bathroom: bath with shower head attachment and WC. Additional twin bedroom located on the ground floor. Cloakroom with WC off the entrance hall. Lounge: open-plan with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: patio doors from the lounge lead to an enclosed garden with private access through the adjacent woodland down to the onsite lakes with distant views to the village of Marhamchurch. Amenities: private parking, bed linen, wi-fi, electric, central heating and towels included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking in the cottage or surrounding buildings. Location: beach, pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
