"A contemporary villa in a most exclusive area on St Jean Cap Ferrat, walking distance from Paloma beach."Just 5 minutes walk from the Grand Hotel du Cap, this villa is very private with sea views and a private swimming pool. It is a 15 minute walk from the village of St Jean which offers free daily shuttle service to Paloma beach (which is just 20 minutes walk from the property). This is a perfect property for guests with children or groups of adults looking for luxury and comfort in one of the Riviera's most beautiful locations.Villa Belvedere is set in 1,500 m2 of gardens planted with pines and is fully fenced offering total privacy. The property measures 500m2 of living space which is fully air conditioned and spread over three floors which are connected by both a staircase as well as a lift. The ground floor offers a large open plan living room/dining room which has been nicely furnished with high quality furniture, an open fireplace and a large flat screen TV. A large sun terrace overlooking the swimming pool can be accessed directly from the living area, where guests can enjoy beautiful sea views. Leading directly from the living room is a fully equipped contemporary kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a large master bedroom with a luxurious ensuite bathroom with top quality bathroom fittings. Located on the first floor are an additional three double bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom and one of which is a bedroom suite complete with living area and large luxurious bathroom. The lower ground level offers a further double bedroom (suitable for staff) with bathroom as well as a well equipped gym, sauna and shower room.The beautiful salt water 15 metre pool is heated and can be gated for security purposes.
