Chalet l'Ecuela is a newly renovated 100 year old school building above St Jean D'Aulps close to Morzine, sleeping up to 15 people in 7 spacious bedrooms all ensuite (2 twins, 1 triple, 2 doubles and one family room sleeping 4 people in 2 separate rooms). The well equipped open plan kitchen / dining room has seating for up to 15 people with gas hob, double oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The separate lounge has stunning mountain views up and down the valley, with a selection of armchairs and sofas, convertible sofa bed, log fire and both English and French satellite TV, PVR, DVD system and wifi and tabe football. A large decked terrasse and garden can be accessed from the lounge providing relaxing areas for outdoors dining, and is equipped with a gas BBQ. A large games room is located on the ground floor including pool table, ping pong table, PS4 with games and a large projector.

L'Ecuela is located in the heart of the mountains, in a hamlet called Les Onchets, offering peace and tranquillity whilst also being only 10 minutes drive from Morzine and many of the local ski lifts, mountain biking and walking routes.

Our Services:

L'Ecuela is self catered, but bread delivery, breakfast, afternoon teas and evening meals are available on request (see menu and pricing options). A selection of wines and beers are also available to buy.

A welcome pack is included, and Egyptian cotton linen and towels are provided.

Free wifi is provided throughout and there is ample parking space for up to 6 cars.

Guidance on transfers, ski pass, ski and mountain bike hire, local events, restaurants and attractions can be provided

Why can't I call Estelle (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Estelle (the owner) a message.

If Estelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
