This incredible two bedroom/two bathroom villa has an exceptional balcony which overlooks the bluest waters of the Caribbean. View 61 is one of our honeymoon villas. A 4 minute walk (about 300 meters) will take you to the favorite beach in Antigua. Located in a secluded spot in Dickenson Bay with ready access to all the action, View 61 is fenced to offer you ultimate privacy.

The villa itself has two ensuite bedrooms with a king size bed in one bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the other bedroom. The bedrooms are far apart from each other, making View 61 ideal for 2 couples. View 61 has a full kitchen with all the cutlery, cooking utensils, and dishes provided. The villa has a large patio on one side with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the Bay, and a breakfast patio just off the kitchen, offering unobstructed views of the bay. The living room is open, giving a full view of Dickenson Bay. You have your own private swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the inspiring view of the ocean and the Bay from the pool, as well as from the villa. View 61 has its own charming little garden surrounding the villa.

One of the most celebrated beaches in the Caribbean is just a short walk away, bustling with action and offering opportunities to go sailing, boating, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, and other activities such as boat tours around the island. First class restaurants, an 18-hole golf course, 2 casinos, and other nightlife are just a stone's throw away. The capital city of St. John's is only about a 7 minute drive away.

View 61 is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities you could desire. After swimming in the private pool, feel free to enjoy the cable tv in each bedroom, or the small video library, our collection of books, surf the net using our high speed wireless internet, or even have a barbeque.

At your request, we will be on hand to greet you on your arrival at the airport, and provide you with transfer to the villa. After showing you around, we will only ever be a phone call away to offer you advice or assistance. We look forward to suggesting great days out or simply the best places to eat. Come bring your partner, your friends, or family and we will take care of you.

There is 14% tax and service charge on the rates for the villas.

When you book with us, we meet you at the airport, show you around and escort you to the appropriate villa. We can rent a car for you at the lowest rate possible in Antigua, if you so desire, usually $55 per day.

The pick up fee to meet you and show you around is a total of US$40, and that includes everybody in your group.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ken (the owner) a message.

If Ken (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
