In the heart of Dickenson Bay, 'Little Bay Villa' is a newly-renovated apartment with separate large bedroom, lounge and shower room set on the front line of the Antigua Village complex. The property is less than 40 steps from the water's edge and the pretty little bay, with uninterrupted sea views. A 2 minute walk either way will take you to the wider sandy beaches of Dickenson Bay and Runaway Bay.

The property is fully managed by Antigua Village and comes with daily housekeeping services in the price, which includes cleaning and linen change. Beach towels are also supplied, and sea-front sunbeds for guests.

The West-facing 1100sqft apartment enjoys exceptional beach and Caribbean Sea views and spectacular sunsets from the large patio and sun terrace.

Bright and airy, the dual-aspect, air-conditioned bedroom comfortably fits 2 full-sized double beds and has a large picture window and patio door to the covered terrace.

The large open-plan lounge, kitchen-diner has additional wardrobe space and a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a king-sized bed or 2 x 3ft single beds. This 20 foot-square main room has large picture window to the gardens and sliding patio doors to the covered terrace with fantastic sea views.

The complex is extremely well maintained, with beautiful gardens and a pool set back from the beach. There are sunbeds and sun shades exclusively for use by Antigua Village guests in the gardens, and on the beach front. There is a small shop on site where guests can buy essentials, and 2 good quality beach front restaurants within 2 minutes walk from the villa. Taxis, car rental, laundry services and excursions can all be booked via the friendly staff on reception.

This really is a dream location for those wanting a high quality self-catering beach holiday with the luxury of hotel-style amenities.

Antigua Village meets the stringent demands of the Antigua Government Covid protocols for rental accommodation, cleaning and sealing each room 48hrs prior to occupancy, and deep cleaning after occupancy, using anti-viral cleaning materials and equipment. We can no longer offer daily maid service, but guests visiting for more than 3 nights are provided with linen packs of clean towels, bed linen, bin liners etc to meet their needs. Additional linen packs are available on request at US$10. Reception is screened, has a contactless check-in/check-out system, security are equipped to meet guests and sanitise luggage on arrival. How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martina, Jasia and Stew (the owner) a message.

If Martina, Jasia and Stew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
