Nestled on the Northeast corner of Antigua, where crystal clear Caribbean waters lap gently onto the shore, this is a truly superb cocoon with elegant surroundings and an enviable location epitomising the Caribbean fantasy.

Terrace on the Sea is here ready to welcome you to transform your stay on the island into everlasting memories.

The space

The newly renovated two bedroom apartment is situated in the 1st floor up one flight of stairs. A private surround terrace gives access to both bedrooms which each have ensuite bathrooms. The terrace extends around the end of the apartment to the living/kitchen/dining room which has a full width three panel glass sliding door opening out directly over the sea. The apartment has a clean contemporary feel and laminate wood floors throughout. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. A door separates the bedroom from a walk in closet/ wardrobe which leads into the bathroom which each have walk in shower, hand basin and toilet.

The kitchen is new and has all built in stainless steel appliances - convection oven, microwave, 4 ring gas stove top, exhaust hood and French door fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining table seats 4 and there is a 3 seat sofa and two arm chairs in the sitting area. On the west facing terrace there is outdoor furniture and endless views out over the turquoise blue ocean towards the island of Nevis.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all a keen chef would want. And the apartment comes with fresh white linen bedding and towels which are provided as part of the rental. Daily or occasional maid service is also available for a modest extra fee.

Guest access

In addition to the private spacious terrace that comes with the apartment, there is access to a small sheltered beach adjacent to the property, a single covered parking space and beach chaise seating on our private dock over the water.

We have also included with the apartment, all you need for a day out to the beach, 4 folding beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and beach umbrella.

Interaction with guests

We are long time residents of Antigua and are always keen to share our love of the island along with recommendations and tips on where to go, what to see and visit and offer any other assistance such as facilitating a meet and greet service at the airport and assistance with car rentals.

Other things to note

The property is situated overlooking the sea to the north and west on a 1 acre site comprising, our home, a three bedroom guest house and the 2 bedroom Terrace on the Sea apartment. We have two very friendly dogs and two cats who have free access to the shared gardens but cannot access the apartment as there is a gate at the top of the stairs.
