Our property is located in Dordogne next the Vineyard of Bergerac :

Here you could enjoy all the attractions of the Perigord (wines, castles, old cities...), walking, biking, canoeing, riding horses or just rest in this peacefull place.

La bergerie d'en Haut is a recently carefully renovated stone house dating from the 1800s in a 1.5 ha sunny parc with a beautiful view on the surrouding valleys.

On the ground floor : A charming living room with a fire place ((decorative feature), a fully equiped kitchen, tv, dvd reader and wifi.

On the second floor, three charming bedrooms with natural stone walls: two bathrooms : one with a bath and a twin stone basins, the other with a large shower and one stone basin.

In the front of the house a terrace, table, chairs, deckchairs and a garden lounge.

Hamock on the property.The children could enjoy the swings, and slide or the trampolin or just play in the large garden.

Breakfast is avaible on request made with local products and seasonal fruits.

Bikes can be rented and delivered at the property.

Why can't I call Fabi (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fabi (the owner) a message.

If Fabi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
