The Precharmant is a beautiful renovated Périgourdine house of 1820 on a property of 1.5 ha. Our gite is located in a very quiet place in the french countryside but only 5 minutes from the first village and only 15 minutes from Bergerac and his fabulous vineyards as monbazillac, pécharmant....

You could only found in love in with our two charming large bedrooms ensuites, with our wooden bath or with the cosy living room

The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine,,dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster...

In front of the gite, you could have a drink on your private patio or relax on the long chairs near the pool ; the kids will enjoy playing on the swing, the trampoline or play any other games in our large property.

In the evening you will also enjoy the sunset on the garden lounge near the pool.

Lovely place for exploring the many attractions of the Dordogne, Lot or the Gironde (towns, villages and medieval castles). In summer, every week, there are many festivals (medieval, music) and night markets.

For sports lovers, activities abound; On site: many trails for biking and walking tour. Bikes can be rented and deliver at the property.

Horse Riding 5 min, tree climbing park 10 minutes canoeing ...

The Vineyards of Pécharmant and Rosette only 5 min driving

Many good restaurants nearby for lovers of the South West gastronomy ...

A grocery store (which sell local products) and a bakery 5 minutes driving

You can buy fresh eggs, chickens, vegetables in a farm next door.

We also sell honey pots from a local beekeeper.

You will find very good foie gras, and other local products at the farm du Breuil

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Fabi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
