Spacious and bright, recently decorated throughout. New bedding. Perfect location for those travelling by train. 10 minutes walk to St Leonard's Warrior square station. Browse the fashionable and quirky shops of St Leonard's...Antiques, brick a brac, gift shops, eateries including lovely cafes with homemade fare and delicious cakes. The flat is on the second floor of Regency house so no lift.

This flat has windows that open out completely opening up the uninterrupted views...fantastic to wake up to on a lush summe's morning.

Right opposite lovely clean beach near to public toilets. Seafront restaurant and bar Azur is a few minutes walk. Children and dog friendly I think! Marine court with its lovely art galleries/shops and more eateries two minutes walk.

There is so much to do and see in 1066 country...long walks, summer carnival, lots of live music to suit all tastes and Historic Battle, Quaint Kentish Town of Rye and Eastbourne not far at all.

Hastings Old Town with its beautiful cobbled streets...more delicious eateries, shops and galleries to keep you amused. Three very impressive crazy golf course and of course a great little fun fare for the kids...and some adults too.

Free parking a few minutes walk away and 2 hours free on seafront. Please be warned that traffic wardens operate 7/7 in hastings and they are hot so be vigilant.

The flat is situated on seafront & the road can be busy so please allow for this. Having the beach right opposite is a such a treat. Come enjoy the English seaside. I am only a phone call away if you need anything including a qigong/meditation/tai chi lesson!

Please take rubbish with you on departure...there is a street bin to the left of flat and a little further along for bigger bags a communal bin on corner of London Road by traffic lights. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Caroline (the owner) a message.

If Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
