Now in its third year, Gull's View is a stylish, modern and comfortable, seafront apartment. Stay in and enjoy relaxing in this seaside retreat, or use as a base for visiting the historic town, beautiful surrounding coast and countryside. This second floor, two bedroom apartment offers uninterrupted sea views and benefits from a recently refurbished interior and new, high quality appliances. The front living room, with picture window, is the perfect place to relax by the sea. A small selection of books, games and DVDs are provided, along with FreeSat television, DVD player, DAB digital radio, CD player and iPod docking station for your enjoyment. Wifi is also available. Situated in an ideal position, in a sunny spot on England's south coast, with a long promenade and pebble beach across the road, Gulls View is within easy reach of local amenities and the attractions of vibrant and historic Hastings and St Leonards-on-Sea. The apartment is also within easy walking distance of several very good local restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.Children are very welcome at Gulls View and a cot and high chair are available on request. Care must be taken near the properties sash windows, which are limited for child safety.Gulls View is a second floor apartment with no lift access and is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.This is a no smoking apartment and candles are unfortunately not permitted.A small, locally sourced welcome hamper is provided on arrival. Gulls View is self-catering accommodation. Parking is restricted along the seafront, where you are given five minutes parking to unload, however there is free, on street parking at Warrior Square and several paid, off street car parks within easy walking distance.

Stunning view from the apartment and close to all local amenities. The apartment contained everything you would need and is simply home from home. The owner was easy to contact and made the booking process seamless. I would thoroughly recommend a stay!

Stayed in this beautiful apartment and had a wonderful stay. The property is stylish and has all the home comforts provided. Bed was super comfortable and i had a wonderful peaceful sleep. Everything was perfect and a box of supplies was kindly provided on arrival, this included a bottle of lovely wine Excellent view out to sea Will definitely be returning when next visiting Hastings
