T2 Bis meublé de 57 m2 au 1er étage d'une petite copropriété datant du 18ème siècle dans la cité corsaire intra-muros. Très bon emplacement (calme, proximité commerce, restaurants, animations, à deux pas de la plage, jolie vue sur place fleurie). Très agréable cuisine équipée ouverte sur le séjour. La pièce profite d'une double exposition donc très lumineuse. Un salon (boiseries et beau parquet ancien) avec cheminées, 2 canapés convertibles (matelas de qualité), une chambre avec un grand lit, armoire, une salle d'eau avec WC.

L'équipement : frigo, four, micro-onde, plaque à induction, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetière, grille-pain, TV, aspirateur, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveu. Le prix de la location inclut toutes les charges (eau, électricité, chauffage). La literie est fournie (votre lit sera fait à votre arrivée !) ainsi que les serviettes de toilette. Le montant de la caution est de 400 €, restituable à la fin du séjour.

Saint-Malo est une station balnéaire très animée avec un grand intérêt historique, desservie par le TGV à 3 heures de Paris !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marie pierre (the owner) a message.

If Marie pierre (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
