Cet appartement accueille 4 personnes et un bébé, il est situé au rez-de-chaussée, donne sur une petite cour ensoleillée et entourée de maisons de pêcheurs. Quartier calme, en face du Parc des Corbières, de sa plage, à proximité du site historique de la Tour Solidor et de ses plages, de la cité d'Alet d'où la vue est somptueuse. Bars, restaurants, marché et tous commerces de St Servan sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes, ainsi que les remparts de St Malo. Le stationnement est gratuit.

The flat can welcome up to 4 people and a baby. It is situated on the ground floor and opens up onto a small but sunny courtyard surrounded by fishermen’s houses.

The flat is located in a very calm neighbourhood, right opposite the Parc des Corbières and its beach and near the Tour Solidor, a historical building surrounded by several beaches too. It is also only minutes away from the Cité d’Alet and it’s beautiful panoramic view...

Bars, restaurants, the town market, shops in St Servan and the walled city of Saint Malo are only a walk away and parking around the flat is free.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
