Crow's Nest is called that for a good reason: the views from this unique apartment will make you feel on top of the world. Situated in the heart of St Mawes village, the top-floor apartment has panoramic sea views across St Mawes Bay to the unspolt National Trust countryside of St Anthony Head and beyond that, to the Helford River and the Lizard Peninsula. The full length French windows in the lounge and master bedroom mean that you can enjoy these spectacular views whilst relaxing on the sofas or even having tea in bed! It's easy to while away hours taking in the scenery and watching the sailing boats without even leaving the flat.

When you want to go out, you are extremely well situated. The apartment is only 100 metres from the picturesque quay with its quirky shops, atmospheric pubs and fine restaurants. If you fancy a trip to Falmouth, you can watch as the ferry comes in to the harbour and then time your dash to catch it. If you would rather swim or rock pool, the nearest beach is only a minutes walk away. The St Mawes area is a paradise for walkers, sailors, artists and families who want a relaxing holiday in an acknowledged area of outstanding natural beauty.

The two bedrooms sleep four in great comfort. In the master bedroom, you can relax in the double bed and enjoy a stunning sea view through the French windows. Even the en suite bathroom has a sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own bathroom opposite.

The kitchen is modern, spacious and very well equipped, including a microwave, dishwasher, De Longhi espresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, a double electric oven with a ceramic hob and a washer/dryer. The dining area has an extendable table with four chairs. There is a delightful view of the beach and Percuil River from the kithchen and dining area.

The living room has two comfortable couches to relax on, with fabulous views for miles to the South and West. There is wifi access, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a Bose CD player and also books and games. Fully centrally heated, Crow's Nest is the perfect location to relax and unwind, whatever the weather. Oh what a lovely flat. We really didn’t want to leave. The views are the best of any where we have ever stayed in St Mawes. The flat was much bigger than the one next door where we usually stay… More

Fantastic flat with excellent views over lovely harbour town

Great views, tremendous light, central town location and lovely clean comfortable flat with easy access to most parts of Cornwall, St Mawes is a great find and hopefully we will be back soon.

With possibly the best view in St Mawes, Crows Nest is the perfect holiday flat. Plenty of room, well equipped and, if the weather lets you down, a fabulous place to just sit and watch the action.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Denise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
