Lavender Cottage is situated in a cul-de-sac, the Cottage has Parking facilitiy for 2-3 cars and is 1 mile from St Merryn Village, 3 miles from Padstow, only 2 miles from superb beaches which are probably the best stretch of beaches in Cornwall with a magnificent coastline. The bungalow is Double Glazed with a multifuel stove in the lounge and wall mounted oil panel heater in the dining area, three seater settee 2 separate chairs. Dining table and 6 chairs, 40" wall mounted TV, CD/tape radio player. Kitchen leading from dining area, Fitted Kitchen with integrated cooker, ceramic hob, cooker hood, microwave, toaster, washing machine and has a Conservatory leading from the kitchen with a 3 piece suite and TV with DVD player. The Conservatory leads into a lawned garden with evergreen shrubs. 3 Bedrooms 1 with King size bed and fitted wardrobes and wall mounted oil panel heater , 1 twin bedded room and fitted wardrobes wall mounted oil heater, 1 bunk bedded room for children with wall mounted convector heater. Bathroom has a P shaped bath with shower over the bath, heated towel rail.

Padstow is a delightful fishing village, boat trips available, Shops, Restaurants, Pubs and Rick Stein's Fish Restaurant, Bikes are available for hire. St Merryn Village has good pubs,takeaway,Cafe's and shops

The site has a Shop, Restaurant, Free use of Tennis Courts own equipment required, Childrens play area by shop. Bus stop at site entrance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sylvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
