From the owner

Brambles is situated in a cul-de-sac of five similar homes, one mile outside the village of St Merryn. It is within 2 miles of several wonderful beaches and Trevose Golf Club but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of holiday traffic. St Merryn has a range of shops and nearby Padstow has much to offer including several of Rick Stein's restaurants.

Brambles is very much a family home. The house with its large rooms is extremely well equipped. There is a comfortable lounge with SKY TV. There is also a large kitchen-diner/garden room.. The owners live in a small attached annexe which is completely self contained and private from the main house. The other end of the property is occupied by the owners daughter, also self contained and separate.

As well as the reception room and Kitchen/diner/Garden Room with utility area, there are 2 bedrooms (1 Kingsize & 1 Twin) both with wash hand basins, Separate Bathroom including shower over bath, separate Shower and separate Toilet and a downstairs cloakroom.

The rear garden is fully enclosed.

Well behaved and house trained Dogs are very welcome but must be approved and arranged with the owner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If GILLIAN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
