This charming converted coach house is situated in the hamlet of Warleggan near to Bodmin Moor in Cornwall and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.Pandia is a charming converted coach house situated in the hamlet of Warleggan near to Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep five people in one double, one twin and one single room as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden to the rear with garden furniture. A wonderful cottage, Pandia can be enjoyed throughout the year. Please note: The lawns at this property, although large, are not enclosed and there is a lily pond in the orchard so children and dogs must be supervised in the garden.

Amenities: Electric storage heaters, Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Washer-dryer, Dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, Selection of books and family games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent (additional wood and coal at cost). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawned area and furniture. Three well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 3.5 miles, shops 7 miles. We currently do not allow the charging of electric cars and bikes at Pandia

Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.

Town: The vast and rugged Bodmin Moor, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, forms over 150 square miles of rocky landscape, with much of it declared a Site of Specific Scientific Importance. There are plenty of walks to discover, with challenging climbs up some of the tallest spots in Cornwall, offering far-reaching views towards both the north and south coast on fine days. The nearby town of Launceston, fondly thought of as the Gateway to Cornwall, can be found to the north east, with Georgian buildings set around its central square, and romantic ruins of a Norman castle at the outskirts. In the other direction, the historic town of Bodmin lies to the south west, with a host of exciting attractions including its Courtroom Experience, the Bodmin Jail, the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, or a trip to see each of the seven holy wells, which lie dotted around the town. With much to see and do, and scenery all around, Bodmin Moor is a delightful destination for your holiday.

Response from the manager
Thank you for your kind review. We are so glad you love the spaciousness of the property and the open fire, and also enjoyed meeting our lovely caretaker. Regarding WiFi – we are sorry that this was an issue during your stay and beyond our control. Fortunately BT were able to put it right and since then it has functioned perfectly. We do not control the heaters from Germany – they are very new and we’ve had to learn how to manage them. We programmed them to provide heat from 5 am on-wards and up to midnight. We have now upped the settings based on your feedback. It is great to know you spent a lot of time walking locally. The house is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just off the moor. Thank you again.
