A newly and luxuriously decorated three bedroom house, located just a short drive from Orpington. The house is 7 minutes from St Mary's Cray station and has great transport links to London Victoria.

This lovely house can be your home away from home when you too visit Kent, the garden of England.

The house boasts its own individual entrance, front and back gardens. Looking straight out to street parking spaces: perfect for those who require easy access.

The first bedroom offers a Double

Size Bed and three large storage wardrobe for hanging clothes.

The second bedroom overlooks the garden and has a wardrobe for folding clothes.

All double rooms contain two bedside cabinets with touch table lamps, luggage rack, extra electrical sockets under the bed and full length mirrors.

The third bedroom contains a single bed overlooking the quiet main road and has a wardrobe for folding clothes.

Lounge facilities include two 2 seater fabric sofas, two small tables, wall-mounted internet television complete with Virgin TV.

The kitchen contains a dining table useful for either a working weekend or a leisurely meal.

The traditional styled fully functional kitchen includes oven, fridge freezer, microwave and washer. All crockery, glassware and utensils are provided. When you arrive, you will find your cupboards stocked with the basic essentials – tea, coffee, milk, sugar, etc. Ironing board and iron is also in the kitchen cupboards.

The bathroom has a electric power shower. All towels and linen are provided.

The house also comes with free wi-fi connection.

Why can't I call Sarah (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sarah (the owner) a message.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
