Just 10 minutes to Morell for gas, a bottle of wine & groceries. Many other great things that Points East Coastal Drive has to offer is just a relaxing scenic drive away.

This inviting and charming cottage has two bedrooms, living room, sun room with dining area, a well equipped galley kitchen, full bath,laundry facilities & large porch at back entry. New in 2021 was a wheelchair ramp on the front deck!
A water-facing furnished front deck and large quiet yard complete the picture. The front deck has ample seating and a dining area under a beautiful pergola with a retractable canopy. Flower beds and planters surround you and attract many hummingbirds and butterflies. There also are a number of seating areas around the yard.
This special cottage has everything you could ask for in your PEI home away from home.
Step inside & be wrapped in calming colors of the blue sky, aqua waters, sandy beaches,red cliffs sunny skies and rural landscapes.
The Sun Room with its beautiful and relaxing water view is your dining area. The handcrafted oak table/chairs take center stage by the window. An adjacent sitting area with books, pillows & a cozy blanket makes this room unique & a guest favorite! Picture yourself sitting at the oak dining table gazing over the Bay with a coffee, glass of wine or perhaps enjoying a meal prepared in the well equipped galley kitchen.
Relax in the homey living room. It features a Lazy Boy Sleeper Sofa, electric fireplace,large flat screen TV, chairs, side and coffee tables, Satellite TV/radio, game console & free wifi with french doors leading to sun room & patio doors leading to the front deck. The living room is a great place to relax, gather to chat, read, watch TV or play board games.
The two charmingly decorated & inviting bedrooms (1 Queen & 1 Double) have quality mattresses & bedding for all the seasons. The Queen Lazy Boy Sleeper Sofa in the living room can comfortably accommodate a 5th or 6th guest.
The well-equipped kitchen has full size fridge, stove/oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher There is a large granite sink (with a window to watch the hummingbirds at the feeder while you wash the dishes), lots of cupboards, dishes, cookware, bake ware, small appliances, storage ware & BBQ supplies.
There is so much more offered than you would expect to find in a cottage rental. Almost like home, just bring the groceries but check with us before you go as we provide many cooking & baking staples, spices, condiments, coffee & tea to name a few.
The full bathroom is complete with high rise toilet, acrylic tub/shower, vanity with sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, shower curtains on double curved rods), bath mats, high quality towels, window, fan, and many extras such as first aid kits, toiletries & a stool for children.
Laundry facilities are located in the spacious unfinished basement. There is a full size washer & dryer, folding table, laundry basket, detergents, bleach, fabric softener/sheets. There is also an outdoor clothes line.
The large quiet yard with the stunning water-view and water facing front deck is perfection. Sunbathe, read a book in the sun or in the shade of a tree or under the pergola canopy, BBQ lunch, eat outside, play games (many provided). Bird watch ( including bald eagles).
Children can play safely in the yard away from the roads and traffic.
At night watch for amazing sunsets, check out the stars (they look brighter in the country), have a campfire at the fire-pit in the front yard and roast hot dogs and marshmallows.

*All seafood must be cooked outside on the BBQ or propane stove due to allergies of the owner & to provide a fresh smelling interior for our next guests. Coolers are provided for storage of seafood. It cannot be kept in the main house and certainly cannot be stored in the refrigerator.
With the Greenwich PEI National Park just down the road you will be in a the perfect location to enjoy this PEI treasure. This section of the PEI National Park is peaceful & tranquil and not overcrowded. The beach has miles of clean white sandy beach surrounded by majestic "parabolic" sand dunes.
There is a supervised swimming area, changing facilities, bathrooms, showers, picnic area and a lookout tower. Indulge in long walks on the beach, search for sea glass & watch the landscape change from from the white sand beaches & spectacular sand dunes to rocky shores & steep red cliffs.
The Greenwich PEI National Park has an Interpretation Center & three scenic walking trails. Don't miss the Greenwich Dunes trail with the floating boardwalk over Bowley Pond. This is a must see...beautifull and a photographers dream!
