Belle maison avec jardin, sur la communauté de MARNE LA VALLEE,en face du parc du château de RENTILLY et à 2mn à pied de l'étang de La Loy: réserve ornithologique des oiseaux.

Disneyland ( 10 minutes en voiture ou 2 arrêts en RER A: gare de Torcy), centre commercial Val d'Europe (5 minutes), de Roissy aéroport Charles de Gaulle (20 minutes) ou bus pour aéroport Charles de Gaules (tarif environs 2€) , de Paris (20 minutes).

Accès aux autoroutes A1,A4,A3 et francilienne.

La rue est parfaitement calme et silencieuse, le stationnement est gratuit et se fait devant la maison.

VOITURE CONSEILLEE .

Egalement a 10 minutes pour le plaisir des petits et des grands se trouve le parc SEA LIFE, regroupant environ 350 espèces d'animaux marins, dans plus de 50 bassins, 2 millions de litres d'eau, tunnel a 360°, requins, tortues marines de plus de 50kg.

Voici quelques informations:

1)Place de parking gratuite pour votre véhicule devant la maison.

2) Les chambres seront disposées en fonction du nombre des personnes par le propriétaire.

3) Si besoin précis du logement, merci de m'indiquer le motif en avance pour savoir si c'est possible.

4) Le SALON n'est plus utilisable APRES 23:30 et seulement lorsque il s'agit de groupes de plus de 5 personnes.

5) AUCUN BRUIT ni possibilité d'être dans LA TERRASSE à partir de 22:30 .Il s'agit d'une copropriété .

6) Si vous souhaitez fumer , c'est possible devant la porte principale de la maison et à l'extérieur.

7) Si je suis sur place , je m'occupe de mettre en fonctionnement le lave-vaisselle

8) Merci de fermer les volets en hiver le soir et de les ouvrir le matin ( les jardinières ont besoin d'être protégées du froid et les plantes à l'intérieur ont besoin de lumière) .

9) Pas faire de la cuisine après 23:00.

10) Veilleuses à votre disposition pour faire de la lumière la nuit pour les enfants : merci de ne pas laisser les lumières allumées.

JUSQU'A 5 et 6 PERSONNES = 2= grandes à l'étage ou 3 CHAMBRES : plus petites selon la composition du groupe .

JUSQU'A 7 et 8 PERSONNES = 3 grandes chambres à l'étage ou 4 CHAMBRES = plus petites selon la composition du groupe

Seulement à partir de 13 ou 14 personnes toutes les chambres.
