This is a fantastic large luxury studio apartment.

The resort beach being only a 1-2 minute walk away and accessible by stairs or the panoramic view lift. The apartment is on the ground floor.

This stylish and spacious apartment with separate bathroom and private balcony is situated in a prime elevated position near the beach at Garden of Eden has a lovely south facing furnished balcony allowing al fresco dining with magnificent views over the bay towards Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site.

Garden of Eden is a destination in its own right and the premier resort on the Black Sea Coast. However, if you are looking to venture further afield, many excursions are available to guests, including one-day or two-day trips to Istanbul. Boat trips are popular and for the more adventurous, there are jeep safaris. All can be booked at the complex.

The Vista bar by reception, Noah's Piano Bar, Apple bar on the beach, Flower bar including wet bar, Shattra bar, Ice-cream parlour, there is also the Art Café coffee shop, by the infinity pool, offering fantastic cakes!

Just a few minutes' walk along the beachside path you can visit the gorgeous Sveti Vlas Marina with its luxury yachts and its fabulous restaurants and chic bars.

Seven kilometres from Garden of Eden is the beautiful town of Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site. Nessebar, reached by a causeway, is fascinating and is famous for its numerous Byzantine churches, cobbled streets and Thracian houses.
