Villa POCRNJA is located in a very quiet and natural environment in place Stanići, just 4 km from Omiš, and 30 km from Split. It is positioned at the higher part of Stanići with absolutely open sea and island views. You need only a few minutes to get to the lovely pebble beach with a lot of water attractions which is 400m far from the property, and Stanići center with many bars, restaurants, and shops is only 200m far. Everything is within walking distance so the car is not so necessary but it is recommended.

Villa POCRNJA is furnished with high quality and offers all you would need for a very comfortable and luxurious vacation with amazing sea views from almost every corner of the property.

Villa POCRNJA offers 6 double bed bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite with shower, each with TV and A/C. Two of the bedrooms have a terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views. On the ground floor, (pool level), is a gym with a TV, sauna, pool table, and bathroom with shower. Behind large glass walls, outside on the covered terrace, in front of the sauna, is Jacuzzi for 5 persons. The outdoor area offers also and summer kitchen with a grill and dining area, a heated pool (8m x 4m), and a sundeck area with 8 lounge chairs with parasols and a shower.

The first floor offers a living and dining area with a glass wall from the south so you can enjoy all the time in adorable sea views, even while you are making dinner in a fully equipped and modern kitchen. TV, A/C, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms (one is en-suite), and a spacious, covered terrace with dining table.

The second floor offers modern and comfortable 4 en-suite bedrooms with TV and A/C, two of them have a terrace with lounge furniture.

On the lower ground floor is a huge garage with 6 parking places.

Owners live next to the property and they are always available for your needs respecting your privacy. The whole property is just for your use. The third floor is closed (not in use) and not furnished for summer 2018.
