Villa Dasianda offers you a private 30 sqm heated pool, barbecue with outdoor dining area next to the pool and toilette, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchen units with dining and living area located on the two levels of the property.

At your disposal are:

OUTDOOR AREA: private 30msq heated pool, outdoor dining area next to a barbecue with natural shade, toilette, shower, playground for children surrounded by fig and olive trees. From the front side of the property, you have stairs that take you to the beautiful pebble beach, 90m far, less than 4 minutes by walk.

GROUND FLOOR: modern, fully equipped kitchen, connected with outdoor dining area and grill. Equipped with everything you need; dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker... join the living, dining area, and also working space. Bedroom No 1 with double bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No 2 with double bed, family bathroom with shower, toilette, and laundry.

FIRST FLOOR: modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, Bedroom No 3 with double bed, and en-suite bathroom with shower, Bedroom No 4 with double bed, Bedroom No 5 with two single beds which can be connected, toilette.

The whole house is air-conditioned and nicely decorated, fully equipped for a very comfortable stay and modern.

To your disposal is also the offer to have traditional Dalmatian meals prepared for you. Ask the owner to agree on terms.

The view from the house is spectacular during the day and night of the island Brač and the sea.

Why can't I call Ferie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ferie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
