Little Majors Spot is a 110 acre private cay situated in the magical, world renowned waters of the Exumas. The white sand grains of her three secluded and serene beaches host tidal waters that are a gift to the mind and body.

The Beach House is located above the dunes of Love Beach, a perfectly sculpted horseshoe beach that stretches 240 meters. Elevated four meters above sea level, guests are afforded 360⁰ views and island breezes that pour through open windows from any direction. The four bedroom two bath home is cozy enough for two and grand enough for up to ten family members or friends. The great room offers ten person dining, a breakfast island, full kitchen and a four meter sliding door showcasing one of the most spectacular views in all the Bahamas. Powered by the sun, Little Majors is a true ecological get away spot but with all the comforts of home. The two docks, beach gazebo, outdoor showers and multiple foot paths, create room for everyone to disconnect in their own space or, gather together and reconnect.

From Little Majors you can get This Way in less than six minutes and That Way in just five. Enjoy her surrounding reefs, go wade with the swimming pigs or dive in Thunder Ball Grotto, all just over four minutes away. For dinner, stay at home or enjoy fine Dining at Fowl Cay Resort or Staniel Cay Yacht Club and great local fare at Taste and Sea and Big Dawgs Pub each of which are just five minutes away. It is just five minutes to anywhere but you may just wish to go nowhere after setting foot on Little Majors Spot.

The Care Taker will receive you at the airport and interact with you as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Support starts with your initial inquiry and assistance with travel itinerary, provisioning needs and scheduling third party services. Upon your arrival there is a brief orientation and from there, you are left to settle in to the breezes, sights and sounds of Little Majors Spot.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Caretaker (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
