Description

Apartment Faros is a spacious and tastefully furnished 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment 50m from the sea and 400m from the beach. The grounds around the terrace are planted with Dalmatian shrubs and flowers so make for a charming ambiance for al fresco dining.

It is in a quiet area and a 10 minute walk into Stari Grad town centre with its many cafes and restaurants. The nearest restaurant is 250m away.

Sleeping is in one double bedroom and one triple bedroom that has a single bed and bunk beds. Double doors from the open plan living dining kitchen room open onto a private terrace for outdoor relaxing and eating.

The nearest beach is just a 5 minute walk away. There are some lovely restaurants to be found in the little streets around the apartment as well as on the front itself. The idyllic little fishing towns of Jelsa and Verboska are close by too (popular with sailors and fish lovers!) and definitely worth visiting for lunch or dinner.

There is a private parking lot for the apartment block.

The local property manager Dalmatian Property Management will email you photo directions to the apartment where you will be met by their representative who will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help. Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival 1 Euro per person per day tourist tax. Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply. You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key. You will get this back when you return the key on departure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alison (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
