Keystone Camp offers something different! This privately owed cabin in mountains of central Pennsylvania takes you to the woods, and it is very affordable!

The camp sits on the border of by Black Moshannon State Park (see "links" on left) It’s very cozy and secluded, the perfect place for a family getaway, or a unique place to stay when in town for PSU football games.

The cabin is only about 20 minutes from State College. It is walking distance from Black Moshannon Lake, and very close to a variety of trout streams.

Outside is small yard with a fire-pit, grill and small stream. Beautiful old oaks and hemlocks surround the yard. There is a small porch to sit and relax while enjoying the quiet surroundings. The cabin is centered on a few hiking and biking trails that take you to the park and Black Moshannon Lake.

Inside are 2 bedrooms, with 3 large beds, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The cabin has all the amenities of home, including an oven, refrigerator, microwave, wood burner, shower and electric heaters. The camp can hold 4-6 people comfortably.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send John (the owner) a message.

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
