These 2 fully equipped stone-built villas are offering a pool overlooking the green-covered mountains of Psiloritis and Lefka Ori and are situated on a hilltop overlooking the valley of Pikris, near Rethymnon. Free Wi-Fi, a roofed BBQ area, and a children's playground are only some of the facilities these 8-bedroom, 4-bathroom villas are offering. Each one of the 2-level villa has wooden beamed ceilings and tasteful furnishings. The ground floor features a spacious living area along with a fireplace, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. Also 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 twin beds and with individual balcony each bedroom along with a bathroom can be found there. Going up to the second floor the other 2 bedrooms again one with a double bed and one with 2 twin beds and with an individual balcony each bedroom along with one more bathroom is situated there. Other facilities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and a washing machine. On the outside and in the 8-acre fenced private land, someone can find the 85 sqm swimming pool and enjoy the silence and the view that this property offers. Suitable for all kinds of interests like hiking, bicycle riding, walking, exploring the countryside, or even just hand around the villa. The guests of these Villas can collect fresh fruits and vegetables from the complex's garden and prepare their own meals with Cretan olive oil which will be given upon arrival, along with a welcome pack of raki, wine, fresh fruits, and some Cretan herbs for tea. Within a few-minute drive, you can also reach supermarkets. On the property itself, you will find the ruin of the former small church of St. John, Stavromenos beach is 6 km away from the villas, while the scenic town of Rethymno is at 17 km. Free on-site parking is possible is a tiny village above the bay of Rethymnon. It nestles within the wild and romantic valley that lines Pikris Creek. The nearest shops and tavernas are in the neighboring villages of Viran Episkopi (2 km) and Skouloufia (3 km).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
