Akti luxurious villa with the unique views over the Cretan Sea is ideally located at Stavromenos, just a 10 min drive from the city of Rethymno. It is newly-built and perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 8 persons in an atmosphere of complete privacy and comfort, spread throughout 2 floors of a total 320 Sq.m. (3445 Sq.Ft.) and an exterior area of 1000 Sq.m. (10800 Sq.Ft.). The villa offers a tastefully decorated modern interior of high quality furniture and amenities with all luxurious features and facilities. Our carefully designed gardens in a lush exterior and the dazzling views of the crystal clear sea from the pool will not fail to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for you. The pool can be heated upon request with extra charge of 30 Euro per night.

The interior of the villa is exceptionally designed, ready to offer you a memorable holiday. You are sure to find it stylish and spacious, as it spreads over 320 Sq.m. in two floors. Upon entrance on the left, you will find yourself in the dining room, overlooking the Cretan Sea. The views is sure to take your breath away, as you will be able to dine, while gazing the infinite blue or the majestic sunset colors. Next to the dining room there is a billiards table for you to enjoy.

The stairs leading to the ground floor takes you to the bedrooms area, with a large Master Bedroom (50 Sq.m), equipped with a king size bed, airconditioner, a separate wardrobe space and a private bathroom with hamam. There is also a private balcony, overlooking the sea. Next to it one more large room with a queen size bed (25 Sq.m.) and a private bathroom. Two more bedrooms (20 Sq.m. each) are available, both with double beds. These last two room share a third bathroom. All bedrooms are very spacious and homey and each of them is equipped with a TV set, airconditioner, a wardrobe and a writing desk. Please note that all our beds, mattresses and pillows are from the famous brand COCO-MAT, ensuring a most enjoyable sleep and relaxation, with its high quality natural materials. Upon request, the double beds of two of the bedrooms can be turned into two single ones. In case you're travelling with a baby, there is also a baby cot available.

Outdoor areas: They feature the epicenter of life in the summer months and have been designed accordingly, throughout a garden of 1200sq.m. Apart from the carefully curated planted area all around the house, you will find a great swimming pool (45 sq.m.), which is positioned in such a way that absolute privacy is ensured . In the swimming pool area you will find a patio with comfortable garden furniture, 8 sunbeds and 2 big umbrellas made of palm tree leaves, where you can relax during the day or enjoy your drink in the evening. An outdoor shower facility is available, as well as a barbeque and wood oven. As for little children, we have reserved a safe area, filled with garden toys.

Since staying in this villa is much more than staying in a simple holiday home, you will be surprised to find a private gym area, which is available for you to use at all times and free of charge. A washer and dryer room is also available for use. If you wish to enjoy a true blend of luxury and coziness, Akti Villa will allow you to immerse into the finest atmosphere of privacy. All this, in combination with the infinite view of the Cretan Sea will make you to truly appreciate the location and the amenities of our property.

Akti Superior Villa is located at Stavromenos village, with easy access to supermarkets, bakeries, taverns, cafeterias, pharmacy, gas station, ATM etc. With a sandy beach only 2 minutes away by car, you can enjoy your daily swim or have fun at one of the many beach bars.

The city of Rethymno, full of activities,its lively nightlife and historical sites, is only 10 km away.Renting a car is neccesary as it will facilitate you to explore and see more of the island beauties. Velvet Breeze is easily accesible from north national road, which connects all 4 major cities,sea ports and airports of Crete.

How do damage deposits work?
