I rent for vacations in Martinique F2 furnished in a low villa. The apartment is located 35 km from the airport, in the countryside, in Fonds-Saint-Jacques, area Epineux, quiet area of ​​the town of Sainte-Marie (North-East of the island, on the Atlantic coast). This F2 is for a single couple, or a single person. It includes a living / 23m2 kitchen, air-conditioned room of 13 m2 with no opening, with an ensuite bathroom; a toilet; a covered 34 m2 terrace and a garage. The lower villa is located in a green environment with a garden and fruit trees available to tenants. For traveling, it is absolutely necessary to have a vehicle, regular public transport is underdeveloped in Martinique. The village of Sainte-Marie is 10 minutes away, with its shops and public services. The beach of Anse-Azerot is 20 minutes, that of Cosmy 25 minutes. Trinidad beaches (neighboring municipality) are 30 mins: borough, the Other Side, Tartary, Anse l'Etang, beach surfers. Sainte-Marie is an agricultural town, specializing in the cultivation of sugar cane and bananas. Also, are the museums of rum and bananas to visit, as the factory of Gallion, Trinidad. Another asset of the city: culture and tradition, with the house of Bele (to Reculée) and basketry workshop (in Morne-des-Esses). The flat is for a single person or for two people. There are a bedroom (with air conditioning, goal without windows), a bathroom (with towels and a washing machine), a lavatory, a small living room (with a TV set) and a kitchen (with things you need). You can have a rest and eat outside. There is a place to park your car. No Wi-Fi. You must tidy up the flat before Giving back the keys and leaving the house. _

Why can't I call Jean-Marc (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jean-Marc (the owner) a message.

If Jean-Marc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
