Enjoy your holiday with 10 people in this luxurious villa in the Semaphore district. The villa measures 250m2, and has 2 bedrooms on the living room floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and 1 bedroom in an independent apartment on a lower floor not accessible from inside the villa. 3 of the 4 bedrooms in the villa have air-conditioning. On the pool floor is a living room with fireplace, a large kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom, and a second bedroom with bathroom, and the large terrace of 150m2 accessible from every room on that floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with bathroom. The swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters is surrounded by terraces.The center of Sainte Maxime with its nice restaurants is 1.5 km.
