This charming villa has been recently renovated and equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, a playstation and of course WiFi. An outside staircase leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor. From the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom you can reach the semi-covered terrace on the ground floor, with a pool of 8 x 4 meters. Enjoy a drink and the sun setting over the sea while you prepare your meals on the built-in BBQ.

Fabulous setting, the sea views from the swimming pool and terraces are stunning. The house is well equipped and very comfortable.
