Villa on a dead end street in the prestigious Semaphore district, near the Grimaldi residence. From this villa you can walk to the center of Sainte-Maxime, and to the beach. The villa has stunning panoramic sea view over the Bay of Saint-Tropez, and is with 4 airconditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suitable for 8 people. You have sea view from all the rooms. Large cozy living room annex dining room with fire place, which gives to a large terrace with dining table and sun loungers. The kitchen has been installed in 2019 and has all the necessary equipment. In the landscaped garden you will find the infinity pool of 11 x 4.5 meter, as well as an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. This is a wonderful villa to enjoy a holiday without a car in Sainte-Maxime.
