Sleeps 7/8. 4 bedroom large villa with private fresh water pool set in a quiet scenic idyllic location of Alonissos. The sleepy Greek Island of Alonissos is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Alonissos Villas offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for groups and families looking to enjoy the best of the Greek Islands. The villa is ideally situated, in an elevated position with stunning views overlooking Tzortzi Gialos bay and the outlying Islands.

The property is finished to a high standard with excellent facilities throughout. Centrally located 2.5 km from nearest town. close to the nearby beaches of Tzortzi Gialos, Leftos Gialos, Kokkinokastro and Chrisi Milia beach. Although we recommend a car, some of our more adventurous guests have made some of these trips on foot.

Fully fitted kitchen, with modern appliances, dining room, lounge, fresh water swimming pool. Bedrooms: Double en-suite bedroom. 1 spacious twin and 1 double bedroom. Smaller bedroom with a single bed and a pull out bed, (ideally suited for children).

2 bathrooms, includes one en-suite. 1 washroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, including cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. Adjacent the dining room is a separate living room, both areas have access via French windows onto the terrace.

Services: Cleaning service and linen change 2 times a week. Extra cleaning services and linen changes on request at extra cost. Towels are for use within the Villa and not to be used around the pool or Beach.

Travel cot available on request.

Damage Deposit: € 250.

Clients will be met on arrival at Patitiri port escorted to the Villa in the clients own car. They will receive a welcome letter including telephone numbers to office/representatives. The villa has a house book containing detailed information on the villa as well as the closest shops, restaurants and beaches.

We also provide a small welcome pack for our guests, with the necessary essentials, such as tea, coffee, milk, wine and water to start your holiday.

The Alonissos Villas are available from April to October at the following rates per Villa per day. The rates are based on bookings of 7/8 people or less, using the villa. Cleaning service and linen change 2 times a week. Extra cleaning service and linen change on request at extra cost.

This is a lovely private area and ideal for any members of the family wanting a bit of space to themselves. Separate toilet/utility room fitted with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Corridor leads into light and airy fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with oven/grill cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee percolator, sandwich toaster and crockery, cutlery and glassware for 8. Dining area with large dining table comfortably seating 8. French window access to large terrace patio area. Spacious air conditioned, mood lit living room featuring sumptuous 3 seater sofas (one converts to a large sofa bed) to comfortably accommodate all of your party, coffee table, bookshelves and digital Satelite TV, CD/DVD hi-fi. EXTERNAL Car parking area at front sufficient for several cars. Large raised terrace patio area usually becomes the focal point of your living space, offering convenient internal/al fresco dining beneath the covered wooden pergola which extends the full length of the villa. Perfect for lunch and evening barbeques overlooking the pool and the jaw dropping views of the bay and beach beyond. The terrace boasts a large wooden dining table and chairs to seat everybody and at night is swathed in peaceful muted mood lighting, making the nights at the villa equally as pleasurable as the day Tucked around the corner from the terrace is a large built in BBQ, internally spot lit to assist those wanting to cook in the dark but not burn the dinner. The 10 metre pool extends the length of the villa with gentle entrance steps to the shallow end and a maximum depth of 1.3 metres. It’s great for the whole family and can easily accommodate everyone all at the same time. At night the pool is sub lit for an atmospheric romantic swim under the stars
