Ett stenkast från havet hittar ni ligger denna fantastiska villa. Rymlig, modern och väldigt trivsam. Beläget på en sluttning mellan berg och vatten passar sig detta magnifika hus för professionella sammanhang eller familjen/sällskapet som vill ha det lilla extra.

Det vita huset har 9 sängplatser fördelat på 5,5 sovrum. Ett sovrum finns på bottenplan, två sovrum med gemensam toa/dusch finns i ena anden av huset. I andra änden av huset och med havsutsikt finns ytterligare två sovrum med gemensam toa/dusch varav det ena lite större (1,5 rum) har utgång till två balkonger med havsutsikt.

På bottenplan med utsikt mot havet och med utgång till en stor altan finns ett stort rymligt kök med bardisk och ett stort och trivsamt kombinerat vardagsrum med kakelugn och matsal. Ytterligare en soffgupp med kamin finns på bottenplan liksom tvättstuga och toalett. Villan är utrustad med alla bekvämligheter man kan tänkas önska, som till exempel två diskmaskiner, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, vinkyl, kyl&frys. På altanen finns en vedeldad badtunna. Stranden och bryggan blott några få meter från huset. Vid bryggan ligger bastubåten som våra gäster delar med gårdens två andra hus. Kajaker och paddleboards finns att låna. En kort promenad från huset finns ett härligt vindskydd med grillplats. Därifrån en fantastisk utsikt över fjorden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annika och Jonas (the owner) a message.

If Annika och Jonas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
