Apartment 95m2 (1000ft2) in a family house, fully furnished, 3 bedrooms + kitchen/living room, balcony, wireless, TV, Air-condition. In front of the Apartment gustest have a garden with a grill. No hidden prices (blankets, sheets, towels are provided and internet, tourist tax are included in the price).

Guests have access to a private garden with seating garniture and a grill. Also the guests have access to a shared swimming pool with sun beds and outdoor shower.

Stobrec is a town on a peninsula only seven kilometers from Split. In the center of town there are the remains of a large early Christian basilica named after the patron of the town - sv. Lovro [St. Lawrence].

By far the most famous features are the beaches of Stobrec, sandy in the center to stony ones in the southwest and attract many visitors. Very nearby, there are secure moorings with accompanying infrastructure for all types of tourist boats.

The large sand beach, many sunbathing plateau, the clear and blue sea and the quality of domestic food make Stobrec a beautiful summer resort.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marjan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
