Description

Prepare to be delighted - a beautiful B and B in a country location where you can get away from it all or just do trips to some quintessential Australian landmarks like Byron Bay, Mount Warning or the Gold Coast.

A full cooked breakfast can be chosen from our menu and also includes juices, cereals and toast is provided each morning. At night eat in or travel to some of Australia's best restaurants. This really is a place you can do it all or nothing.

The guest room has own ensuite, luxurious Queen bed, plenty of storage and of course air-con and the usual amenities. It overlooks the gardens and has a little porch area to watch the sunset.

Adjoining the guest bedrooms is a guest lounge and dining area overlooking the gardens and plunge pool. Go further and find the gardens and private creek.

Feel free to use these areas as you would your own home; your hosts are available, but in a separate part of the house.

House rules

Sorry but we are more suited to adults then children and cannot put extra beds into the rooms.
Each booking shall include one ensuited bedroom including tea and coffee facilities and a microwave, but no cooking facilities. Access to guest lounge, dining and swimming pool is also included but these common areas may need to be shared with other guests.
We are great for a couple, single or small groups wanting dinner either in-house or locally.

Why can't I call Tony (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tony (the owner) a message.

If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
