The villa is one of the three independent villas of the complex Rathimata Villas.

Villa Phoebe has 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom on upper floor. In ground floor the living area is open to the dining area and to the fully equipped kitchen as well WC is available.

Situated on a 4000 m2 secluded plot enjoying a private swimming pool overlooking Messinian Gulf offers privacy and panoramic sea views with spectacular sunsets.

Villa Phoebe situated on a hilltop on the outskirts of Neochorio village in Messinian Mani overlooking the village of Stoupa, the olive groves and the Messinian bay. The stone build detached villa is only 4 minutes drive away from Kalogria and Stoupa beach.

Occupying a very quiet residential area is the ideal accommodation for couples or families for relaxed and comfortable holiday away from it all, as well perfect base for exploring Mani area and the Archaeological Sites of Peloponnese.

The facilities of the village of Stoupa, as well the sandy beaches of Stoupa and Kalogria are only 2.5 km away, easily accessible within a few minutes drive.

Akis (the owner) will be present to welcome you in Stoupa, to accompany you to the villa and show you around the accommodation, to give you information about local services, beaches, attractions nearby, local cuisine and help if needed.

Fully furnished and equipped with modern facility, villa Phoebe will make you feel at home, providing all that is needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The two storey residence covers 100 m² of living area and with two bedrooms it can accommodate 4 guests very comfortably.

OUTSIDE : Spacious paved area with a small size private pool (2.5m x 5.5m) with large pool steps and professional maintenance, outside shower, relaxing sun loungers, sun umbrellas, BBQ, gardens with many varieties of Mediterranean flowers and amazing sea view.

GROUND FLOOR : Large living area with wooden ceiling, TV LED, DVD, A/C, Wi-Fi connection, coffee table and comfortable sofa bed next to the fireplace. Open plan kitchen excellently equipped with full size refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and large dining area with seating for 4/6 guests. Utility room with washing machine and WC. Two patio doors leading to a very spacious veranda enable you to dine outside.Shaded veranda by the entrance.

UPPER FLOOR : There are 2 separate bedrooms (one with double bed and another with twin beds) with wooden ceilings, A/C, Wi-Fi, closets, bedside and a comfortable family bathroom. Direct access from both rooms through patio doors to a balcony with table and chairs.

No diving. No swimming under the influence of alcohol. No lifeguard on duty. People with injuries or skin diseases do not use the pool.

How do damage deposits work?

If Theodoros (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
