Resort Home "Brookside" offers a luxurious 2-bedroom and 3-bathroom vacation experience, with a spacious backyard adjacent to the peaceful Peterson Brook. The property is perfect for relaxation, sunbathing, entertaining, and immersing oneself in nature. Seasonal flowers grace the front entrance, adding to the overall beauty of the place.

Inside the home, there are two cozy fireplaces - one in the living room and a second one in the master bedroom. Guests can enjoy wireless and wired high-speed Internet at no extra charge. The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, maple hardwood cabinets, and ceramic tile floors. There's also a breakfast table with seating for 4 or 5. The dining room has seating for 6 to 8 and is separate but openly integrates with both the living room and kitchen through a pass-through open, quartz counter.

The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, two large comfortable sofas, two swivel chairs, a leather chair with ottoman, a 50” flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, a wall of windows, and a sliding glass door leading to the backyard. The home's unique floor plan features separate kitchen, dining, and living rooms, yet all three are open to each other, providing a warm and comfortable feeling of space.

Brookside is tastefully decorated with art, evoking a warm and comfortable setting. Large windows in the living room provide bountiful, natural light and views of nature. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a master bath with Jacuzzi, a wood-burning fireplace, sitting/reading area, balcony, TV, Blu-ray player, telephone, and alarm clock radio. The beddings have been upgraded and include a duvet for seasonal comfort. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a separate table with chairs ideal for games or computer work, its closet area, and a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a flat-screen 32” TV, telephone, and an alarm clock AM/FM radio. There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 with showers and 1 with shower and bathtub. The master bath also features a large Jacuzzi tub.

Brookside is a pet-free home. Dogs and other animals are not permitted in this home, per HOA bylaws. The Resort Home is just a 2-minute walk to the Spa complex, which includes both year-round indoor and outdoor pools (heated in winter) and hot tubs, as well as a full-service spa and fitness center. Two outdoor Resort tennis courts are adjacent to the home.

The Resort Home is conveniently located about midway on the Mountain Road, about a 5-minute ride north to either Mt. Mansfield and Spruce or 5 minutes south to the Village of Stowe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
