Completely and impeccably refurbished, this Grade II Listed Coach House forms one side of a magnificent courtyard. It was formerly the stabling for the horses and accommodation for the grooms of Stowlangtoft Hall. Available for letting all year round (weekend lets too); the Coach House is a generous, split-level property that provides very comfortable accommodation for 6-8 people. Entry is from the courtyard itself. First find the bedrooms - the double bedroom has a sizable en-suite shower room. Two twin bedrooms and a large family bathroom, with oversized walk in shower and freestanding bath, complete the accommodation on this level. Through a double width landing, and down a short flight of stairs, the fantastic open plan living/dining space is set out before you with four large conservation skylights above and double doors in front of you, opening onto the private patio. The living area is huge with luxurious sofas (one is a sofa bed), enough to seat 8 comfortably. A wood burner keeps things cosy. The open plan kitchen and dining area is a great space to entertain friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher and washer/drier are here of course) and has fantastic views onto the pretty, walled garden in front of you - the ideal secure play area for toddlers. Luxury cotton towels are provided for all guests and for your entertainment there is WiFi Internet, Smart flat screen TV, along with a selection of books, and games. You also have your own private patio area; perfect for dining outdoors on a warm evening (a BBQ is available from the owners). There is also a hot tub on the patio that can be added as an optional extra. Larger communal gardens spread out to the left of the house, leading on to a huge outdoor space with children's play area, football pitch and fabulous views.. This cottage is a rural retreat ideally suited to young families.

The Coach House is pet friendly, allowing up to two pets by prior arrangement. A charge will be made of £35 per pet.

The hot tub can be added to a booking at a cost of £295 for a weekend or £345 for a week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
