We are a Farmhouse at only 9 km from Florence in the beautiful Chianti hills with gorgeous pool and free private parking

We are a small organic farm producing our own wine Chianti Classico and extra virgen olive oil

Only 1 hour driving to the most important city of Tuscany such as Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza, Monteriggioni, Lucca and Arezzo.

Public transportation to Florence and Greve in Chianti (bus stop at only 200 mt from us)

We offer nice and cozy apartments with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster), bathroom with shower or bathtub and hairdryer, linens (sheets and towels), TV, safe, ceiling fan.

Wi-fi and air conditioning included

Shared washing machine and dryer (for a fee, not inside the apartment)

Apartment for 2/3 people is with double bed and single bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom. Sqm35

The location is very good, although there is a fair amount of road noise. The rooms are nice but are fairly dark, and they are really set up more as motel style of a room, which is not what we expecte… More

Thanks for your review. You spent your holiday here just one year ago, In fact It is really strange that you decided to leave a review after one year... Anyway the reception will be open at leat every afternoon from 3 till 7 pm, and there is the housekeeper that she lives here always available even when the reception is close and the most part of the morning the reception is open again.. so I do not think that It is limited...especially because like we said the housekeeper is always available and we will leave all the instruction to ring her bell... We have also to say that we have many changes so I think that after an year your review It is not update... I hope to see you again Thanks

Thanks for your review. We are happy that you liked the place and even the staff. We are a little torn as well to make a review about you, because even the reception is always open from 3 till 7 pm, like you said and even when you left was open from 8 till 12 am you did not stop there and they left without to pay the bill (like you said in your review). It is always normal when you are in a place to pay at the end of the holiday, especially If you did not leave any credit card information and you had some extras. It is a good point that you suggest to other guests to pay before to leave, thanks for that I hope we can see you again soon

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
