Stunning Rural Location with free wifi to all rooms and garden areas. Featured in Come Dine with Me.

An ideal centre from which to explore the Midlands, the Cotswolds and Shakespeare country with its rich tapestry of culture, superb country houses gardens and lots of interesting things to do and see. The NEC and the NIA are easily accessible and within 30 mins of the Farm. Golf, horse riding, fishing and horse racing are nearby. The well-known town of Stratford-upon Avon is 10 minutes away. The Coach house offers home from home comfort, tastefully decorated to reflect the period of this former Coach House, the property benefits from a vaulted oak beamed Ceiling to the dining room with stunning Spiral Staircase to the first floor Bedroom. There are three double bedrooms to the property each with DVD and digital flat screen TV the Master upstairs bedroom has its own en-suite with Bath and WC, with the two bedrooms downstairs sharing a separate Shower and WC.The lounge has a large flat screen TV with seating for 6 persons.

The salt water hot tub is available for your own personal use at an additional cost of £150 per stay. We empty the hot tub and refill it for each party coming in. The price includes 1200 litres of water, refill of salt and enough Kw of electricity to heat it. Providing you replace the cover and turn off the jets when it is not in use you will not run out of your allocated amount of electric units. Because we have other guests on the farm by replacing the cover after use it keeps everyone safe. Children must be accompanied.  We have chosen a chemical free Hot tub which is in line with our green policy.  It is a fantastic place to sit at night watching the stars.

Set in surrounding farm land, this retreat makes the most of its open countryside, offering views of the Malvern Hills with their superb evening sunsets, breeding buzzards nest in the surrounding hedgerow and pheasant and partridge together with deer are common to the surrounding fields. The Village of Inkberrow (one of the villages used in the Radio4 Archers series) with the old Bull and Village shop, is just 2 miles from the Farm, The Roman Market Town of Alcester hosts a range of Traditional Pubs and Inns together with local shops and Tea & Coffee Rooms. The Neighbouring Ragley Estate home to the 9th Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford and their four children. Occupies most of the surrounding farmland, this is hosts The CLA Game Fair and many seasonal events throughout the year.Farming Seasonal activities by arrangement including lambing, shearing, cherry and mushroom picking- Air rifle shooting subject to availability.

Closed-circuit television is in place to protect all of the farm.

Interaction with guest

The Coach House is on the site of Oaks Barn Farm where Sue & Wayne live. The vast majority of the time they are on hand to meet and greet you. There is a key safe to the property, details to access the Coach House if they are not on hand will be sent through to you beforehand via email. Please let the owners know your expected time of arrival. Guests can be as on hands as they would like, there are always plenty of jobs to do on the farm however during the summer months when the sheep have been turned out to pasture there is less work to be done.
