A large Luxury Self Catering Holiday Cottage situated in Strathaven, the Clyde Valley Scotland. Our Boutique style cottages offers guests Countryside Silence with a city vibe only 20 minutes away.

There is nothing quite like it in the area or Glasgow that’s available to rent. Due to its architecture and period details, we made this beautiful large 1844 square metre house look and feel like a home. Well situated and placed in Central Scotland for traveling. Including private parking.

Our goal is to provide you with a fully furnished, high-end, affordable boutique cottage. We have a large 50” wall hung TV in the living room and a 42″wall hung TV in the kitchen with free view. There are many spaces to be totally private inside and out.

A FULL house manual explains everything you need to know, walking routes for your dogs (if they are booked in)(charges apply) and things to do and places to visit, also the wildlife you can expect to see.

Usual Check In 3.00pm. Day of departure is by 10.00am (Key returned to key safe placed outside).

FREE WiFi is free and an office area is provided.

We also take pets (chargeable) (We use an independent company who come in and professionally steam clean)

Great cottage in lovely countryside

We have been to this cottage before and is a great base for the Ayrshire coast and Glasgow. I would highly recommend it, and so would my dog he loves it around there

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Yvonne (the owner) a message.

If Yvonne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
