This spectacular ground floor, corner apartment has been finished to a very high standard. Located in Salvia 6, Calle Atlantico 56, it is close to the tennis courts and outdoor gym and within 30 metres of one of nineteen swimming pools. The apartment offers the highest standard of accommodation, including two luxury bedrooms with beds which can be either four singles or zip linked together to make two very comfortable, super king-size beds and include floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom has very efficient remote controlled ceiling fans for the warmer evenings. All bed linen and towels are provided but we would ask you to provide towels for the beach/pool. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all of the modern appliances you would expect to find such as a hob and oven, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom includes a bidet, shower with shower screen and full-size bath. The lounge has air conditioning and also a ceiling fan. There is a beautiful cream leather suite to relax on which also reclines while watching a DVD/English channels on the TV. Free Wi-fi is also available. The terrace is very large and is furnished with a glass dining table and chairs, two sofas and two sun loungers. The extra garden space is ideal for a family with young children. Our apartment is a perfect retreat for relaxing with family and friends while enjoying alfresco dining on our large, sunny terrace and garden. There is a separate charge of 80 euros for cleaning paid locally at the end of your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alan (the owner) a message.

If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
