From the owner

Our holiday home is located on a great location in Sucuraj, within walking distance from the sea. The house is recently renovated outside, while inside it provides comfortable accommodation for 10 people. It's a perfect choice for spending holidays with your extended family or group of friends. It consists of 4 rooms, 2 kitchen,4 balconies and 4 bathrooms, and outside there is a large roof terrace with sea view, equiped with garden furniture for dining and sunbathing.

The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood about 200 m from the centre of Sucuraj and 80 m from the beach.

The guests have secured parking space outside, and barbecue at their disposal..

The easiest way to reach Sucuraj is by ferry from Drvenik near Makarska. Ferry lines run often even in low season.

If you're looking for a perfect destination for family holidays, Sucuraj might be just the place for you! Still untouched by mass tourism it offers privacy, peace, relaxation...and untouched nature with unbeatably crystal clear Adriatic waters!

You can order fish dinner which is in our offer. Sućuraj is a fisherman village, so we always have very good and fresh fish for grill and seafood for pastas and risotos. We also do fishing tours and boat tours to see beautiful coves surrounded with untouched nature. We have 4 bicycles for rent. You have a free wireless internet and a free parking. I'm at your disposal for whatever you may need.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
