Beautiful fifth floor apartment with unbeatable views of the sea and the coast, on the beachfront, fresh, very well oriented, terrace equipped with table ideal for lunch and dinner overlooking the sea, has three bedrooms, two of them double, more a king size, with two bathrooms, and kitchen, the dining room also enjoys very good views of the sea, very familiar and quiet area, is located 25 km from Valencia, near Cullera, 15 minutes from a golf course , near the Albufera Natural Park, on the lake you can take a boat ride, it has all the services (bus, train, doctor, food and restaurants), in summer, out of season 700 meters in the village. Ideal for Easter and San José Las Fallas for being near Valencia you can enjoy watching them and rest comfortably at home. In the month of September, the sea is usually super relaxed, it looks like a lake is an ideal date to come and enjoy it, you will like it. Quiet and familiar area (Parties or bachelor parties are not allowed) If you like water sports you can practice Winsurfing and Paragliding. There are also discos, cinemas cars nearby. If you do not know Valencia we recommend the city of arts and sciences, the oceanographic and Terra Mitica in Alicante at 1h. of car. The town of Palmar that is very close has many restaurants with typical meals where you can enjoy delicious dishes, such as paella and many more. It is recommended to take a car.

    Why can't I call AMPARO (the owner) before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send AMPARO (the owner) a message.

    If AMPARO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
