Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.

Fun For All is the ideal property for the family that wants to experience nature. Located in the quiet forested neighborhood of Sugarloaf, Fun For All will have you close to local hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player, and bath. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Foosball table, board games, and card games. TVs with cable, fast WiFi and DVD players. Relax in the HUGE tub or near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Deck with a gas barbecue. Guests will be just a short walk to the Sugarloaf Park.

We are so sorry that you had difficulty with your car keys and that we couldn't get a quicker response during the holidays. Guessing your call came through after the regular office hours because our reservationists do transfer the calls to their homes in case of a guest emergency. Sounds like a child answered their phone. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
