Outside of the city, far from the noise and the crowds, our holiday accommodations offer a peaceful and relaxing vacation for people who love nature.

The three self-contained holiday villas are somewhat set apart from each other, to the right and left of the pool, and are therefore ideal accommodation for a family or a group of friends who would like to spend a holiday together, whilst still retaining some privacy.

They were newly built and therefore provide all the necessary modern comfort and convenience, including electricity and hot water supplied by its own solar panels.

The sun deck around your private 20m² pool affords a breathtaking panoramic view over the mountainous landscape and the sea bay.

The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and has a metal ladder to facilitate entry. It can be illuminated at night, so you can turn night into day and swim a few rounds under a starry sky.

The outdoor kitchen with a traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy long,

relaxing meals outdoors. There are outdoor toilets and a shower for your convenience.

The 10,000m² private site is lined with fig trees, which you can help yourself from. The same applies to the charmingly planted little vegetable garden.

The living rooms have a rustic wooden dining table and matching benches, as well as a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with satellite channels.

Big, open fireplace stoves enhance the homely atmosphere and provide cosy warmth on cooler evenings. The modern built-in kitchens are equipped with an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

The bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, and a toilet.

The larger of the two villas has a double bed measuring 170 x 200cm in one of the bedrooms and a bunk bed (90 x 200cm) in the other.

The bedroom in the second and third natural stone houses has another double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the two villas can be used free of charge.

The holiday homes can be easily reached by car, though part of the way is a gravel path.

The natural stone houses are about 1.3km away from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. It is about five minutes to the centre of the little harbour town of Sumartin with a range of shops, colourful markets and good gastronomy.

Despite the romantic and secluded location, you are not completely isolated.

The owner lives nearby and can always be contacted by telephone to assist with any queries. Your pet is also welcome.

Het was een perfecte vakantie voor ons 2. Prachtige afgelegen omgeving met uitzicht op de zee. Er was rust en stilte. De vele dieren waren ook zeker een pluspunt en de goede service. Zeker een aanrader!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Juraj (the owner) a message.

If Juraj (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
