Villa is combination of 4 contemporary apartments (210 m2) suitable for 14 people (12+2). Four private terraces and private pool: ideal for families and friends. Great view towards sea, island of Hvar, Peljesac peninsula and Biokovo mountain.

Distance from the nearest beach is 250 meters and 350 meters from the place. 4 parking spots.

Villa staff live on the ground floor which is on the opposite side of this four apartments and with whom you share only entrance from the street.

1st floor:

Purple apartment (4+1): two bedrooms, kitchen, big living room, bathroom. 2 people can sleep on big sofa. Air conditioned.

Orange apartment (2+0): one bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Air conditioned.

Attic (2nd floor):

Green apartment (4+1): one bedroom, kitchen, big living room (also contains king bed and big sofa) and bathroom. 2 people can sleep on a sofa. Air conditioned.

Blue apartment (2+0): one bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Air conditioned.

We're open friendly, so if you, during the stay, need anything, don't hesitate to ask. Washing machine available at request and can be used only once per stay.

Beautiful quiet place close to beach

Beautiful new house with a great pool. Close to two small, but not busy and gorgeous beaches. Very quiet and family friendly. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

Why can't I call Zora (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zora (the owner) a message.

If Zora (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
