Description

Our 2-bedroom top floor corner unit condo provides the perfect combination of a relaxing getaway in the midst of mountainous green space and the ideal gateway to all of the adventures Sun Peaks has to offer. The two story condo combines cozy mountain living with the luxury of hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a hot tub, and heated kitchen and bathroom floors. The private location of our condo allow you to sit back and relax on the sofas or gather around the large dinning room table and enjoy the trees and glimpses of Tod Mt. as you watch skiers or golfers go by. Our condo is a true ski in ski out that is hard to match in Settlers Crossing and offers two heated parking spaces as well as a ski locker for extra storage.

The deck of our condo has a hot tub which allows you to relax in a private setting. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need for all of your festivities!

Settlers Crossing is located in the East part of the village and is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the 'main village'.

Getting around

The condo is located in 'Settlers Crossings' which is about a ten minute walk through pedestrian trails to the village. The condo is a true ski in ski out allowing you to stop right in front of the door step via three runs (Fair Dinkum, Cześć, and Ausfahrt) that all lead to the condo! Our two underground heated parking spaces are located directly by the entrance that lead up to the door of the condo, allowing you to travel from garage to door way without having to walk too far.

Interaction with guest

Codes for the door, underground garage and the wifi password will be provided two days prior to your arrival. The key to the ski locker can be found inside the condo. Depending on our schedule we may not always be present on mountain but we have a property manager who will be available to take care of any of our needs. If a problem arises I can be reached on my cell or by email at any time and I can either address the problem or contact our property manager. Further contact information will provided upon booking the condo. We are looking forward to welcoming you to our condo!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tobias (the owner) a message.

If Tobias (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
