This contemporary 2 bedroomed , first floor apartment is uniquely designed in a ` Beach Hut` style . Pier Point is on a small and exclusive bespoke development situated in an unrivalled position between the piers and commands an ideal location with easy access to beaches, sea front and amenities.

The apartment benefits from gas central heating; double glazing; contemporary décor and furnishings; luxury family bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Smart TVs in lounge and both bedrooms.

The Juliet balcony offers stunning open views of the coast, whilst the private rear deck/terrace is an ideal place to sit out in the sun and enjoy the sea air.

The is an allocated parking space close to the apartment for 1 car and public parking nearby.

The Beach Apartment is the perfect place to unwind and also has a selection of restaurants; coffee houses and public houses in a short walking distance.

Pier Point is situated right at the beginning/ end of the famous C2C cycle route. With safe off road cycling for miles in both directions - along the coast northward or along the riverside into the city centre.

The Beach Apartment is ideally placed for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coastline.

It is only short drive from Durham`s historic centre; Beamish Open Air Museum; Gateshead Metro Centre ; Newcastle`s City Centre and a number of historic National Trust Sites . The National Glass Centre Museum and art (free admission), is a short walk away along the riverside as is the picturesque marina and Souter Lighthouse ( National Trust).

A Marine Activity centre sits next door to the apartment offering group and individual sessions in sea kayaking;canoeing; surfing ;power boating, etc.

Roker pier and the marina are popular locations for sea fishing.

Why can't I call Alan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alan (the owner) a message.

If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
