Maison individuelle très joliment décorée, avec un jardin clos,garage, une belle terrasse de 25m2 (salon de jardin et barbecue), sans vis à vis dans un village avec toutes commodités.

vous apprécierez le calme, la situation idéale à coté de Colmar et proches des plus beaux sites alsaciens.

La maison peut accueillir 6 personnes . Les animaux sont admis et bienvenus!

De nombreux jeux pour enfants sont mis à disposition, dont un baby foot, un toboggan et une balançoire, jeux de société, DVD, jeux d'extérieur....

Des vélos adultes et enfants sont aussi à votre disposition , vous pourrez faire de jolies balades aux alentours sur pistes cyclables ou en forêt, très proche.

Le village a plusieurs restaurants, boucheries, épiceries, médecins et pharmacie.

Colmar est à 7minutes en voiture. La montagne est proche aussi avec de magnifiques randonnées à faire.

Un plan d'eau aménagé est à 10mn en voiture et les plus beaux marchés de Noel sont aux alentours.

Un lit bb d'1m20 , et une chaise bb sont sur place ainsi qu'un babycook.

Tous les produits sont sur place, papier wc, tablettes lave vaisselle, sopalin, lessive, produits ménagers, sacs poubelles etc....

La maison est quasi plein pieds. pas d'étage.

Éviter le bruit après minuit ou prévenir les voisins.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Celine (the owner) a message.

If Celine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
